Directional IFF Blade Antenna with angled leading edge – 9-1000
Directional IFF Blade Antenna with angled leading edge – 9-1000
The 9-1000 is a directional IFF antenna designed for use in interferometry systems operating in the frequency bands 1030 MHz ± 12 MHz and 1090 MHz ± 12 MHz. The antenna is intended for use in general subsonic airborne applications. This variant has an angled PEEK leading edge designed to deflect cables. The antenna is configured as a monopole Yagi array. The relative positions of the driven element, reflector and directors ensure high gain and high front to back ratio.
- ✔ High Front-to-back ratio
- ✔Phase Stable
- ✔Cable deflecting leading edge
