Flexible Conformal ILS Antenna – 19-121-2

The 19-121-2 is an ILS antenna designed to be radome mounted in the Sukhoi 30 aircraft. The 19-121-2 antenna is configured as a loop for the Localizer function. Sections of this structure are decoupled at glideslope frequencies so that it functions as a dipole over this band. The structure is formed on a flexible substrate to fit conformally within the inner radome skin of the aircraft
