GPS Antenna – 20-22

GPS Antenna – 20-22

The 20-22 GPS antenna operates with normal hemispherical coverage in the GPS L1 and L2 bands to allow reception of microwave signals from a number of satellites. It is a stacked patch arrangement giving right-hand circularly polarised radiation. It is of conformal construction and is supplied to meet local airframe contours. Interface with aircraft is via a TNC (female) coaxial connector. The 20-22 GPS Antenna is environmentally qualified by test and by analogy to the 20-27 and 20-27EC, which are similar in respect of form, fit and materials.
