Antennas and Radios are like PB&J....they just go together

Antennas are more than just basic hardware that connect to radios. Any radio receiver or transmitter that intends to couple its electrical connection to the electromagnetic field needs an antenna to extract radio signals from the atmosphere, and transform them into a voltage so that a receiver can retrieve them.

An antenna intercepts some of the strength of a radio wave in order to create an electric current at its terminals, which is then supplied to a receiver to be amplified.

Antennas are fundamental parts of any radio equipment and essential to communication, navigation and identification. However, you can’t just buy any old antenna to pair with your radio; it’s vital that you find compatible antennas for efficient operation.

We have close relationships with many radio manufacturers. Select your radio to browse compatible antennas.
