Alex Jennings joined Chelton in November 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. With more than a decade of operational leadership experience across the aerospace and medical device sectors, he brings a proven track record in production excellence, supplier management, and operational strategy.

Prior to his current role, Alex, as the former Head of Production & Supplier Management at Chelton, played a key role in strengthening operational performance and driving process improvements.

Alex holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering Design from Bucks New University and is a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
