Amelia Carta joined Chelton in July 2023 as the Business Unit Manager for Land, bringing extensive experience in global product management and technology leadership. She now leads the Avionics Business Unit, where she is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational performance and customer-focused innovation.

Prior to Chelton, Amelia spent 13 years with Zebra Technologies Corporation, where she held a series of senior roles, and later became Global Product Management Leader.

In addition to her industry leadership positions, Amelia has served on the Board of the Global Certification Forum. She holds an MBA as well as both a degree and a Master’s in Engineering disciplines.
