Hannah Bridgeman joined Chelton in 2017 as Finance Manager, quickly progressing to Senior Finance Manager and then, in 2024, Vice President of Finance. She leads the wider Finance function, strengthening organisational financial performance and overseeing the company’s Business Plan process.

With more than 14 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting, Hannah brings a strong blend of commercial insight and audit expertise across multiple industrial sectors.

She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Bournemouth University and is ACA‑qualified.
