James Allen joined Chelton in 2018 through the company’s Graduate Scheme and has since progressed through a variety of commercial and analytical roles, including Business Analyst, Business Sales Manager and Business Analytics Manager.Â
James now leads the Antennas Business Unit, where he is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational performance and customer-focused innovation.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter and an Executive MBA in Senior Leadership from Cranfield University.
