James Burke serves as President of Chelton, which he joined in 2009, following his studies at London Business School. Over the course of his tenure, he has held a succession of senior leadership positions spanning manufacturing, supply management and operations. His roles have included Manufacturing Manager, Value Stream Director and subsequently, Vice President of Operations, where he led the company’s global operational strategy and performance.

As President of Chelton, James now oversees the organisation’s strategic direction, operational excellence and long‑term growth agenda. He continues to guide the business in strengthening its capabilities, advancing innovation, and delivering value to stakeholders.
