Luca Pelazzo joined Cobham Plc’s Graduate Development Programme, gaining experience across multiple departments and three companies within the group. After a couple of years in Project Management, Luca transitioned into Sales, becoming Regional Sales Manager at Cobham Aerospace Connectivity. In this role, he was responsible for managing commercial and military avionics customers across Europe and South America. In 2021, Luca was promoted to Business Unit Manager at Chelton, where he led the creation and growth of the Antenna Business Unit. Building on that success, Luca took on the challenge of leading and expanding Chelton’s Avionics Business Unit in early 2024.

Luca joined IrvinGQ^® in December 2024 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and in June 2026 returned to Chelton to lead the Sales and Marketing function as Vice President, guiding a worldwide team and shaping the company’s strategic business development initiatives.

Luca holds a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London and an MBA from Imperial College Business School.
