Michael Easter joined Chelton in March 2025 as Head of Operations and quickly made a significant impact by delivering several high-value operational initiatives. Within less than a year, he progressed to Business Unit Manager for the Avionics division, and in June 2026 was appointed Business Unit Manager for Antennas.

Before joining Chelton, Michael held a range of senior management roles, including Business Unit Manager at Alten UK, where he led complex engineering programmes and supported organisational development.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and an MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
