Michael Easter joined Chelton in March 2025 as Head of Operations, quickly making a significant impact through the delivery of several high-value operational initiatives. Less than a year later, he progressed to Business Unit Manager for the Avionics division.

Before joining Chelton, Michael held a series of Senior management roles, including Business Unit Manager at Alten UK, where he oversaw complex engineering programmes and organisational development.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and an MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
